Jira planning poker app cost
Planning poker apps on the Atlassian Marketplace are priced per Jira user, and they are billed for every user on your Jira site, not just the team that estimates. See what that comes to in a year.
| App | Billed at | Per year | Per person estimating |
|---|
Annual Jira Cloud list prices by user tier from the Atlassian Marketplace pricing API, checked on 14 October 2026. The app is billed at the smallest tier that covers your site's users. Taxes, discounts and the vendors' free editions (SprintPoker has one) aren't included; check each listing before you buy.
Why it adds up
- Jira Cloud apps follow the site's user count: Atlassian says cloud apps “match the tier of the host product” and can't be bought for fewer users (Marketplace licensing). A 250-person site pays for 250 users even if one team of 8 plays planning poker.
- PointHuddle is free, has no per-user price, and its Jira app is free too. Voters don't need a Jira license or an account.
