A free, real-time planning poker app for agile and Scrum teams. Open a room, share the link, estimate together. Nobody needs an account.
Start a roomRun the session
No sign-up
Create a room in seconds and invite people with a link or QR code. Everyone just types a name.
Any deck
Fibonacci, modified Fibonacci, T-shirt sizes, powers of two, or your own cards. “?” and ☕ are there when needed.
Story queue
Add stories one by one, paste a list, or import up to 100 from a CSV or a Jira export, descriptions included.
Countdown timer
A shared timer that everyone sees, with the vote count inside the ring. It reveals at zero.
Auto-reveal and auto-start
Reveal as soon as everyone has voted, and start the next story right after you accept an estimate.
Keyboard shortcuts
Facilitate without the mouse: N new round, R reveal, T timer, A accept.
Observers and roles
Product owners and guests can watch without voting. Choose whether only the host or everyone runs rounds.
“Your turn” signals
The tab title, the tab icon and an optional chime tell people when a vote is waiting. The host can nudge anyone still deciding.
Get to a better estimate
The spread on the table
After the reveal, cards line up along the deck with the median marked, the lowest in blue and the highest in amber.
Confidence vote
Everyone can say how sure they are, from 1 to 5. A consensus nobody is sure about is flagged, not celebrated.
Revote the extremes
When there’s no consensus, only the lowest and highest voters re-pick, on a short timer, while the rest keep their card.
Anonymous reveal
Cards gather in the middle without names, so a senior voice can’t anchor the room.
Example stories per card
Pin a past story to a card (“an 8 looks like…”) so everyone sizes against the same reference.
Decision notes
Record a one-line “why 8, not 5” when accepting. It stays with the story and in the export.
Learn from your estimates
Summary and export
Every estimated story with its value and rounds, ready to copy as Markdown, paste into Jira or Sheets, or download as CSV.
Estimate vs actual
Record what a story really took. Stats show, card by card, how your estimates held up and which way you tend to miss.
Session pacing
Time per story, stories per hour and the longest discussion, with an optional target per story.
Issue links
Keys like PP-118 become links to Jira, Linear or GitHub with one template.
Fits your team
Slack and Microsoft Teams
Each accepted estimate can be posted to a channel, plus a summary at the end. How it works.
Password-protected rooms
Ask for a password before anyone joins. Only a hash of it is stored.
Big teams
Up to 50 people per room, with up to 18 seats at the table on a desktop and a grid on phones.
Your rooms, your way
Eight themes, light and dark mode, and rooms kept for 7, 30 or 90 days after the last activity.
Try it with your team
Create a room, share the link, and vote. No accounts, no sign-up, free.
