What PointHuddle adds after the reveal
- The spread, not just an average. Cards line up along your deck with the median marked and the lowest and highest voters highlighted, plus a reading like “Wide spread · 3 steps”. See when estimates disagree.
- Revote only the extremes. The lowest and highest voters re-pick on a short timer while everyone else keeps their card.
- Confidence vote. Catch the round where everyone agreed but nobody was sure.
- Estimate vs actual. Record what stories really took and see how each card held up.
- Slack and Teams. Post each accepted estimate and a session summary to a channel.
